A. We have a customized, day sheet that can be used, or simply print the charges and procedures performed from your computer. We will customize this process to fit your needs.

A. All denials and underpaid claims are handled immediately. If a claim is pending, denied, or underpaid, we take the necessary steps to get the claim paid properly. If documentation is needed from your office, we will inform you of exactly what is necessary for us to proceed. We continue to follow up on the claim until payment is made.
